About Documents
In Documents, you may review all of the various digital materials related to your care and Plume membership. This includes your Informed Consent form, privacy documents, controlled substance agreements, and more.
Upload new documents
You may also upload new Documents from this screen. To upload a new document, click "Upload Document"
Then, click "Select File from Computer" and choose the file you want to upload to the portal. Click "Upload".
Once your document has been uploaded successfully, you will see a green notification at the top saying “Document has been added”.
